Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic solutions to their concerns

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications
