Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
