[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harrison Clarke is partnering with a well-funded AI company focused on machine learning and digital media. They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and improve video generation systems and to work closely with stakeholders to bring research into production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve state-of-the-art video and image generation systems
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and adapt open-source diffusion and generative models
- Design and train video upscaling, enhancement, and restoration models
- Build and optimize large-scale training pipelines
- Work with large video/image datasets and distributed training environments
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and creative stakeholders to bring research into production
Skills
- Strong Python and PyTorch experience
- Experience with diffusion models, generative AI, computer vision, or video ML
- Background in training and deploying production ML systems
- Experience with distributed training (FSDP, DeepSpeed, DDP, or similar)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern ML infrastructure
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to move quickly from idea to production
- Video generation, video enhancement, or image restoration experience
- Experience in media, gaming, VFX, creative tooling, or related industries
- Background in multimodal AI, rendering, graphics, or synthetic data
