Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a central role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable. Your daily contributions will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across inbound phone calls, live chat, email correspondence, and select social media channels.
  • Processing product orders with accuracy, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction from placement to delivery.
  • Managing multiple screens, systems, and websites simultaneously to research customer accounts, update records, and resolve issues in real time.
  • Assisting customers, sales representatives, and internal management teams with questions related to order status, product availability, and account details.
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorizations, exchanges, refunds, and account credits in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle — providing updates on shipments, promotions, billing, and any potential delays.
  • Delivering detailed product knowledge and technical support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Supporting warranty claims, social media interactions, and other special projects as assigned, depending on business needs.
  • Documenting customer interactions thoroughly in CRM systems to ensure continuity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to team goals and performance metrics by consistently meeting or exceeding quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Location: Must currently reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), including some evenings and weekends as business needs require.
  • Technical Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and distraction-free home workspace, and a personal computer that meets company system requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented tone.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, including the ability to navigate multiple systems, browsers, and applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
