They are seeking a Relationship Manager who will reputed company a service team and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring reputed company retirement plan experiences through strategic partnerships and proactive management.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a strategic partner to our retirement plan clients
- Leading a robust and reputed company internal service team
- Capitalizing on your industry knowledge to provide thoughtful and proactive plan reviews, education strategies, and guidance on plan design
- Using your organizational and leadership skills to navigate through successful issue resolution
- Strategically presenting new products and services, as appropriate
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in the Retirement Industry in a client facing role
- Proven strong relationship management skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and proactive management of plan goals
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA and IRS rules and regulations and how they impact retirement plans
- FINRA S6 & S63- required reputed company 90 days of hire
- Life & Health license- required reputed company 120 days of hire
- Ability to travel to clients approximately 30% of time
- Experience with retention of Retirement Plan clients in Large market
- Governmental plan experience
