[Remote] Director, Paid Social Performance Marketing

They are seeking a performance marketing leader to own and scale their paid social program, driving efficient growth across a substantial budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-reputed company annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targets
- Define and evolve a full-funnel social strategy, expanding reputed company performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growth
- reputed company AI and automation to improve how we generate insights, execute campaigns, and report on performance
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and bring them to market
- Translate reputed company measurement inputs (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear, actionable investment reputed company
- Build and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and platform optimizations
- reputed company creative strategy and production in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
- Identify and launch new channels, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growth
- Coach and reputed company a high-performing team across multiple levels

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of owning and scaling large budgets (8–9 figures)
- Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially reputed company) and performance measurement frameworks
- Proven ability to reputed company and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, not just reputed company-funnel optimization
- Experience using AI, automation, or advanced tooling to improve marketing efficiency, insights, or execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn reputed company, ambiguous data into clear recommendations
- Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
