As a key member of our Client Services Call Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving product or service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information on our eTIMS system
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and determine the best solution to resolve issues
• Collaborate with supervisors to expedite corrections or adjustments and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Fax documentation and escalate customer complaints or callback requests to supervisors as needed
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and maintaining a high level of quality focus

Requirements:

• Previous call center customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to navigate our eTIMS system
• Ability to multitask, edit customer accounts, and document information accurately
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
