Business Analyst - American Express

Job Summary:

About the Role:

• Managing and submitting offers through required review cycles
• Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns
• Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns
• Supporting the team's operational reporting and tracking
• Collaborating with technology teams to set up, track, and validate offers
• Providing training and support to marketing partners
• Driving process improvements and efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Related experience in marketing execution or project management (an plus)
• Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results
• Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to think creatively and innovate
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort with and ability to understand technical systems and capabilities
