About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for small business owners who rely on our services to grow their operations. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with shifts available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We specifically need team members with afternoon and weekend availability, as these are peak times when our customers need us most. Weekend shifts come with a shift differential as an incentive for your flexibility.

You'll work five eight-hour shifts per week in our Ogden, Utah office, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days of exceptional performance. After training is complete and you've demonstrated your awesomeness, you may have the chance to work from home while remaining based in Utah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Phones: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners seeking assistance, information, or support with their accounts.
  • Schedule Appointments with Precision: Manage calendars and coordinate appointments using our proprietary systems. Your organizational skills will keep things running smoothly for both customers and internal teams.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You've completed your fundamental education and are ready to apply those skills in a professional setting.
  • Typing Proficiency: You can type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy, allowing you to document calls and navigate systems efficiently.

  • Spanish Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are highly valued. Spanish proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process, though it is not mandatory for consideration.
